Through our advanced platform, Turboden Online Service (TOS 4.0), we offer real-time remote assistance. This tool enables proactive diagnostics, multi-format file sharing, and seamless collaboration with our engineers, like having an expert by your side at all times.
Thanks to our innovative proprietary AI tool, Turboanalytics, we proactively monitor our fleet, detecting and resolving field issues even before you realize there is a need. Our team of Service Engineers is available 24/7, guaranteeing prompt assistance for diagnostics and troubleshooting within less than two hours from any warning, as well as consultancy and guidance to enhance operations and plant performance.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

After the original warranty expires, our LTSA ensures continued coverage from main components only to a complete plan. No surprises: we will bear the costs of repairing and resolving any faults.
