THE CUSTOMER

Today, Borne Energy GmbH develops, produces and markets a comprehensive range of wood doors that meets the highest quality standards.

Since 2004, Rodehuth Holzenergie GmbH, a subsidiary company of Senne Energie GmbH has been involved in the construction, operation and maintenance of wood-fired cogeneration plants and the trading of biomass fuels of all kinds. The particular service is that the projects do not end with the completion of the power plants also responsible for the efficient management of biomass power plants. The Rodehuth wood energy offers a co-operation in all ranges, from the pure supply up to the establishment and enterprise of entire plants.

THE NEED

In the customer production site there is biomass waste available from the process to be disposed and, at the same time, hot water needs for process and building heating.

Turboden CHP solutions are able to satisfy customer energetic needs converting wood waste from the production process into useful power (combined heat and electricity).

OUR SOLUTION

Turboden CHP solution produces 2MW electric power and about 10 MW thermal power (by means of hot water at 90°C) for the process needs and customers of a district heating network.

The solution is the state of the art for CHP distributed generation from biomass sources, in compliance with new European/German electric regulation.
